CreatorBoost AI provides tools to help content creators (e.g. captions, hooks, hashtags, scripts, ideas). You agree to:
If you sign in with Apple, you are responsible for keeping your device secure. We use the identifier provided by Apple to associate your in-app data (e.g. credits, saved content) with your use of the app on that device.
Use of certain features consumes in-app credits. Credits can be purchased via in-app purchase through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple; their terms and payment policies apply. Refund requests must be directed to Apple. We do not guarantee a specific number of generations per credit; the cost per action is disclosed in the app.
You may restore previous in-app purchases (e.g. credit packs) through the app’s "Restore Purchase" option, subject to Apple’s rules and our ability to verify the purchase.
You own the content you create using the app. We do not claim ownership of your generated captions, hooks, or other output. You are responsible for how you use that content and for ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights.
The app, its design, branding, and our original materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the app or our content except as allowed by these terms or applicable law.
The app and its outputs are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, non-infringing, or suitable for any particular use. You use the app and any generated content at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or generated content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
We may suspend or end your access to the app if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. You may stop using the app at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive (e.g. disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive termination.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
